As we dive into the pointy end of rehearsals, everyone involved in our school’s production of Into The Woods are feeling all sorts of anticipation in light of the performances occurring in Week 9. 

Across terms 1 and 2, the cast, orchestra and teachers have been working hard during Monday afternoon rehearsals. Whether staging scenes in the hall with Mr Yeung and Ms Hattingh, or learning songs with Ms Jarvis in the music rooms, each member of the cast is becoming immersed in their characters and getting ready to perform on the nights of June 21, 23 and 24. 

Although it’s getting pretty intense and nerve-racking, I think I can speak for all members when I say we are all over the moon to be a part of this musical and can’t wait for opening night!
