TOUCH FOOTBALL CLUB
WGHS has previously entered teams in the Northern Suburbs Touch Association (‘NSTA’) Junior Summer Season competition (Terms 1 and 4).
The competition commences early in September 2024 and concludes in late November with games held on Friday afternoons/evenings for Years 7 & 8 and Thursday afternoons for Years 9, 10 & 11.
The girls play in a round robin competition administered and refereed by NSTA competing against girls mainly from other schools.
Approximate past costs: $110 per player for the 10-week season which includes a playing shirt and all fees & insurances.
Each age group has a coach(s) appointed (a parent volunteer) who supervises a weekly training session. Training sessions will most likely be held at a local Oval depending on availability of the Parent volunteer.
We welcome new players and those returning for the summer season from Years 7 through to 11.
