Membership of the Willoughby Old Girls' Association is open to any girl who attended the school at any time since 1934. A membership fee of $5 covers two years subscription. A luncheon is organised annually and extra functions are held when a special anniversary of the school is being celebrated.

The Willoughby Old Girls' Association is holding its annual reunion lunch on Sunday 28 October @ 12.00pm at Bella Blue Cafe, Lindfield.
